Lacrosse ball, made of the cork, is an ideal complement to massage rollers. BLW02 is particularly useful when massaging parallel muscle lines, for example, at the thoracic and lumbar vertebrae. The double ball also works well for attacking muscle tones in the upper thigh and sides of the body. The small ball comes in 6.5cm size. By keeping the distance between the balls the massage is even more effective. The ball is ideal for treating tensions along the muscles of the thoracic and lumbar spine. By breaking down the tones at trigger points the entire muscle is relaxed. Consequently, recovery is facilitated and injuries healing process is faster.  Balls are made of the cork which enables massages even on slippery surfaces and keeping it clean.
