PFM02 is a mask for endurance training. It simulates training in mountain conditions, at lower oxygen content. This type of training, because of the difficult access to the oxygen forces much deeper breaths. The result is strengthening of the respiratory muscles. Therefore, under standard training conditions a user is able to oxygenate the body and, above all, the entire muscular system much deeply. The greater supply of the oxygen to the muscles, the greater their efficiency, effectiveness, endurance and strength.
Training with the mask PFM02 is useful in many sports disciplines. Starting from running, cycling, combat sports, to the cross training. Due to adjustable stoppers it is possible to control to what extent access to the oxygen is limited. In this way, adjusting the training to individual needs is not a problem.
The mask is lightweight, comfortable when on face and it does not cause discomfort during a workout.
