DWL9867 HMS is a multi functional gymnastic wall bar. The set comprises four components. Combination of the components enables doing workouts engaging each muscle group of the upper body.

Universal

DWL9867 HMS consists of a wall bar, pull-up bar, handrails for dips and abdominal exercises as well as a bench. The gymnastic wall bar is the main component screwed into the wall and the rest of the set is attached to it. Assembly of all components is very easy and it is possible to place both the pull-up bar and the handrails at different heights in order to adjust the equipment to a user’s height.

Stable structure

It is all about solid structure and top quality materials. The sturdy, strong steel guarantees stable positioning of the structure and allows for a maximum load of 130 kg.

A wide range of exercises

The pull-up bar, combined with the handrails, provide the opportunity to perform two powerful exercises: pull-ups and push-ups on the handrails - so-called dips. These are two exercises that strongly develop two groups of antagonistic muscles i.e. the widest back muscle (latissimus dorsi muscle) with the biceps and chest muscles with the triceps. Dips also engage the shoulder muscles. In this case the handrails have also been equipped with a special backrest and armrests enabling a user to do exercises focused on abdominal muscles. A bench helps to work on the abdominal muscles.
