As a manufacturer and importer of fitness equipment, sporting gear, recreational goods, and travel equipment, we offer warranty services under all our proprietary brands. HMS, One Fitness, Nils Group.

We have many years of experience in the sports industry, which enables us to provide expert service to our customers.

 

We offer post-warranty maintenance for all of our proprietary equipment, and also assist customers with equipment from other manufacturers.

Our services include equipment diagnostics, defective part replacement, repair, periodic maintenance, and servicing for cardio, fitness, and strength machines, as well as skating products.

Describe in detail what the fault is. The more information, the faster and more accurate diagnosis. Pictures that illustrate the condition are definitely useful; our service technicians can determine the weight of the problem. In case of malfunctions during the operation of the equipment short videos are invaluable, we evaluate the type of sound (possibly its repetition), see the trajectory of the movement of the equipment and check whether it is correct.
