Pictures that illustrate the condition are definitely useful; our service technicians can determine the weight of the problem. In case of malfunctions during the operation of the equipment short videos are invaluable, we evaluate the type of sound (possibly its repetition), see the trajectory of the movement of the equipment and check whether it is correct.
