HHW02 HMS is an adjustable hula hoop with a gravity ball for fitness. It allows for simultaneous training and 360-degree waist massage. How does HHW02 work?

The operation of HHW02 is very simple and intuitive. It is a closed loop that has a rail with an attached gravity ball (weight). During circular movements of the hips, centrifugal force begins to act, which moves the gravity ball along the circle, putting the abdominal muscles and torso in a state of tension.

Training and massage in one

During a 360-degree movement, the heads located in each segment of the hula hoop alternately press on the body, causing an additional massage effect, providing a pleasant feeling. The three-dimensional massage technique quickly stimulates the muscles, and the built-in protrusions enhance the massage effect. You can adjust the intensity of the massage by rotating speed.

Circumference adjustment

Quickly and easily reduce or increase the size of the circle by inserting or removing as many elements as you need. HHW02 has a total of 24 elements. The size can be set in the range of 14 to 24 elements, i.e. waist circumference from 60 to 118 cm. Thanks to this, the device will never fall off during training. Beginners can also use it.

User comfort

The device has a high-quality construction made of ABS and PP materials. The rail is mounted on ball bearings made of stainless steel. All this together makes the rotation flexible and undisturbed, which further enhances the feeling of satisfaction during training. The gravity ball is filled with sand, which increases safety.

Compact size and easy assembly

We open the loop using clips. Then, to connect subsequent elements, insert one element into another so that the protrusions fit into the appropriate holes. When reducing elements, grab one element with one hand and squeeze it in such a way as to pull out protrusions from holes. Then insert the rail with a gravity ball into the loop and close the clips. Thanks to its compact size, HHW02 is easy to carry.
