How does OHA02 work?

The operation of OHA02 is very simple and intuitive. The whole thing is based on the work of a gravity ball inside a closed track. The hips work in the same way as when using a traditional hula-hoop, but thanks to the proper adjustment of the circumference to the waist, the hoop does not fall off and even beginners are able to train effectively and safely.

Circumference adjustment

The loop is opened using clips. Then you need to connect subsequent elements by inserting one element into another so that the protrusions fit into the appropriate holes. When reducing elements, grab one element with one hand and squeeze it in such a way as to pull out the protrusions from the holes. Then insert the track with a gravity ball into the loop and close the clips. Thanks to its compact size, it is easy to carry, so you can take this product anywhere.
