HB12 is a set of hip band rubbers. Their main use is to develop buttock muscles and the whole group of thigh muscles. They can be used as individual equipment and using them one can do a full workout addressed to the lower muscle groups. Additionally, combination of HB12 and other equipment takes the same exercises to a higher level of difficulty. Such exercises include for example barbell squats. When using the rubbers each rep means one engages the adductor muscles to the work of quadriceps, biceps and gluteal muscles.
HB12 set is also great for warming up. Thanks to them one can more effectively activate the muscle to work and consequently, risk of injury is much lower.
Compared to mini-bands, HB12 are much more durable and strong. It is a result of the highest quality material, which is resistant to multiple stretching.
