The HHW12 is an ideal choice for people with a waist circumference exceeding 105cm. The increased adjustability of the HHW12 enables people with a waist from 46 to 125cm to train comfortably. How does the HHW12 work?

The way the HHW12 works is very simple and intuitive. It is a closed loop that has a rail with an attached gravitational ball (with a load). As you make circular movements with your hips the centrifugal force begins to act; it moves the gravitational ball around the circle making the abdominal muscles and torso tensed.
