How does the HHW02 work?

The operation of the HHW02 is very simple and intuitive. It is a closed loop that has a rail with an attached gravity ball (weight). As you make circular movements with your hips, a centrifugal force starts to act which moves the gravity ball around the circle, putting your abdominal muscles and torso under tension.
