DC31 HMS is a bar with rubber bands due to which one can carry out a wide range of exercises. Light equipment for universal use. It can replace thera bands, but use of it is much simpler. It works well for both, training and rehabilitation.
DC31 can be used to exercise upper and lower muscle groups. Very versatile equipment irrespective of the proficiency level of a user. Three levels of the load provided by the rubbers ensure varied intensity of each exercise. Due to the bar is possible to do exercises focused on joint mobility and general coordination.
Exercises can be done by putting rubber band under the feet and moving the bar, or reversely, having the bar under feet and using the bands. Additional handle makes one can attach the rubbers to the door, so it is possible to do few additional exercises.
