EM03 HMS metal expander is a fitness accessory intended for exercising the upper body muscle groups. It consists of five springs, which are fixed by hooks to the two handles made of a special molded plastic. The springs are made of steel with increased tensile strength. Expander resistance force is adjusted by setting an appropriate amount of springs. Our product can also be used for general development and rehabilitation exercises.
