OHA01 One Fitness is an adjustable hula hoop with waist massaging protrusions and a gravity fitness ball. It allows for a core muscle workout while simultaneously massaging the waist. How does OHA01 works?

OHA01 is incredibly simple and intuitive in its operation. The whole thing is based on the operation of the gravity ball inside a closed loop. The hips work in exactly the same way as with a traditional hula hoop, but thanks to the adjustment of the circumference to the waist, the hoop does not fall, and even beginners are able to train effectively.

The device has a construction made of high-quality PVC. The rail is placed on solid. This makes the rotation of the weight around the hoop smooth and quiet.

Compact dimensions and easy assembly

We open the loop using magnetic clips. Then, to connect the next elements, you need to insert one element into another so that the massaging protrusions hit the appropriate holes. When reducing elements, grab the appropriate element with one hand and squeeze in such a way as to pull the massaging protrusions out of the holes. Then insert the rail with the gravity ball into the loop, close the magnetic clips, and it's ready.
